On a blistering hot evening there were some blistering hot times recorded in tonights round of the TT series. Thankfully I had a zip malfunction on the line and was unable to close my skinsuit zip leaving a nice big flappy gap for some nice fresh wind to cool me down (I’m sure it was only marginal losses!).
The winners tonight were Tyler Brennan in 29mins 36secs and Emma Serjeant in 35mins 49secs. Second place went to Ashley Banks and Sahrah Wilding and third place to Pete Thomas and Kat Holwill.
Thanks to Louise Downward, Carl Evans, Glyn Jones and Bryn Davies for assisting with the marshalling and to Sahrah Wilding for some delicious, home made cakes.
Next weeks TT is on the Welshpool 10 mile course with signing on in The Flash car park at 18.15hrs.
