CTT have today released the following notice regarding Time Trials
To All CTT Riders Liverpool District
As a consequence of the new advice and restrictions issued by the UK Government yesterday regarding the rapidly accelerating Covid-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, the Liverpool District Committee has taken the decision to mandate the cancellation of ALL time trial events (Type A and Type B) scheduled to take place in the District from now until the end of April. We will keep the situation under close review and re-assess the position in the light of future developments.
Depending on future course of the outbreak, it may be possible to postpone and re-schedule some events rather than cancel them entirely. We will of course continue to keep this under review.
This instruction may be subject to modification by any further guidance issued by the UK Govt. and / or CTT National Board.
This is not a welcome step but hope you will understand that we need to take these measures at this difficult time.
