Marshals needed SCCA Spring 10 – Ellerdine Village Hall
Hafren CC Reliability Ride 7th April – Berriew Community Centre
Time Trials are a large part of club life and the Club’s TT series is an important part of providing racing opportunities to members.
Hafren CC is member of the Shropshire Cycling Clubs Association, which includes most of the major cycling clubs in Shropshire and promotes county level competition throughout the year.
Hafren is an active member of the association, promoting 6 SCCA events in the year.
In addition to the events promoted by member clubs the SCCA runs a Spring and Autumn TT Series and member clubs are asked to provide Marshals on a club rotaBecause of the distance of our catchment area to the event HQ we share the responsibility for marshalling with Oswestry Paragon. To meet our obligatons we need to provide 3 Marshals for the 30th March (Saturday afternoon) TT (full details https://shropshirecca.uk/sb-sports-injuries-series-2/)
If you take part in any of the SCCA events please help make them run by marshalling at least on e event – and we need volunteers for this.You don’t have to ride he eent (or even be a member) to Marshal, so perhaps you could find a marshalling buddy to do it for you. April 7th is the date for our round of the Reliability Ride Series

This has been a popular event in the previous two editions and we are hoping it will be again. As in previous years this will replace the Sunday Club Run on that date. We need some helpers at the start to assist with sing on etc. This will be finished in plenty of time to ride the event. We will aslo need a cooule of people to run the kitchen for tea and cakes at the end. If you want to help please e-mail chair@hafren.cc
