Club TT Series – Round 13 – Course :– Berriew 10
On Wednesday 14th August 2024 the club held round 13 (the penultimate round) of the Hafren TT Series on the Berriew 10 mile course.
15 riders signed in on a beautiful sunny August evening with perfect conditions for quick times.
In the Clubs Championship Chris Lewis secured the win on the night with a time of 22.19, this secures the Club Championship for Chris for 2024 so well done. It was good to see Conrad Taylor back on the TT bike and he took second on the night with a time of 23.12 and Neil Vose was a close third on the night with a time of 23.16 (his best for this year on the Berriew Course).
Nearly all categories have now been decided now for 2024 but the Senior Vet category will go down to the last event with Neil Vose on 275 points and Mark Hill on 274 points. Next week will be the decider so watch this space.
Olivia Hughes proved that she is improving every week as she took the ladies best time for the night with a seasons best of 25.40, Jan Davies was second and secured her Ladies Championship (well done Jan) with a time of 26.22 and Karen Proctor was third with her best time of the year of 28.00.
The road bike best time was won by Xander Brandon Higgs with a time of 23.53 with Mick Case second on 24.48 and Karen Proctor third.

The next club TT (and final TT event this year) is on the 21st August 2024 on the Welshpool 12 course and you can enter on Eventbrite.
