Another dry evening saw twenty three riders tackle the Welshpool ten mile course. Top male tonight was Pete Thomas with a time of 22min 18secs. Second was guest rider Gary Duncan in 22min 53secs and third was Ashley Banks in 23min 13secs. The womens event was won by Louise Downward in 27min 7secs with Jacqui Loxam second in 29min 58secs. Tonight saw the first outing this year of Sam Holwill (schoolboy category) who completed the course in 23min 52secs which was good enough for seventh place overall!
Marshalls for tonight were Sahrah Wilding and Mike Holwill and the cakes were provided by Pete Thomas
