Race 7 REPORT, Guilsfield 25 mile TT (26/06/13)

Despite the distance, 26 riders stepped up to the challenge of the Hafren CC’s 25 mile time trial last Wednesday. A beautiful evening for racing saw some fast times and a great turnout for the only club race this year on this course. Race 6 Report, Newtown 12.5 mile (19/06/13)

After hosting round 8 of the Parker series the previous week in Welshpool, the Hafren CC time trial series headed back over to Newtown for the 12.5 mile route. 24 riders took to the start line for what proved to be a quick night, with many of the riders improving on their previous PB’s. Wednesday night saw 30 riders head out on the 12.5 mile time trial route in Newtown looking to shave some precious seconds from their previous effort two weeks ago! RACE 3 Report, Welshpool 10 (15/5/13)

With the season only 3 weeks old, the numbers attending the Hafren Cycling Clubs time trial events is increasing every week! 40 riders of all abilities took to the start line last Wednesday for the Welshpool 10 mile route. RACE 2, Newtown 12.5 mile TT report (8/5/13)

Wednesday 8th May saw the Hafren cycling club’s Time Trial series head over to Newtown for its second race of the year. The 12.5 mile route started on Milford road and headed out through Aberhafesp to Llanwnog before returning down the main road from Cearsws to Newtown.
