Club TT Series Round 7 – 21 June 2017

On a blistering hot evening there were some blistering hot times recorded in tonights round of the TT series.  Thankfully I had a zip malfunction on the line and was unable to close my skinsuit zip leaving a nice big flappy gap for some nice fresh wind to cool me down (I'm sure it was only marginal losses!). The winners tonight were Tyler Brennan in 29mins 36secs and Emma Serjeant in 35mins 49secs.  Second place went to Ashley Banks and Sahrah Wilding a...

Club TT Series Round 4 – 24 May 2017

I know it's nice that the council like to keep our roads pristine and pot hole free but why do they always seem to do it on our race night?  Tonights 25 mile course was subject to roadworks near to Four Crosses so a decision was made by the organisers (Phil and Tony) to reduce the route and turn at the Livestock Market island.  This meant that the course was just over half distance at 12.6 miles. Twenty two riders enjoyed a warm evening with a headwind ...
