Round 1 of the Hafren CC Road Bike Series 20 April The pre-season Road Bike only TT held on the Forden Circuit (shortened by roadworks) looked like it might have to be cancelled because of the extensive top dressing on the Forden/Caerhowel stretch started without notice on Tuesday.
