Notice is hereby given for Hafren CC to hold its annual AGM at 19.30 Hrs on the 29th January 2014 in Newtown at Newtown Football Club.
Those members wishing to put proposals forward need to do so in writing no later than Wednesday 22nd January.
The agenda will be circulated nearer to the time and can I remind people that a valid membership is required to enable voting rights at the AGM. However membership will be accepted on the night.
