Club TT Series Round 4 – Welshpool 10

Another change of venue was forced by the discovery of roadworks on the planned 25 mile course in Berriew.  Everyone (some happier about the shorter distance than others) therefore moved to D10/8R (the ten mile Welshpool course). Nineteen riders took part with the overall male winner being Pete Thomas and the overall female winner being Emma Serjeant. Club TT Series Round 3/SB Sports Series – Berriew 10

Clich here for B Series Results and points (Opens in new Tab) This weeks round incorporated the latest round of the SB Sports Series and numbers were therefore increased slightly over the recent weeks.  A total number of thirty five took part.  Overall winner on the night was Matt Gibbons in a time of 21 minutes and 14 seconds.  Second was Kieran Morris, 21m 42s, and third was Ian Nisbett in 22m 01s. Club TT Series Round 2 – Berriew 10

This weeks time trial took place on the D310/1 Berriew 10 course again and was ridden by 15 brave souls. Overall male winner was Pete Thomas in a time of exactly 23 minutes.  Second and third places were filled by Holwills with Sam again beating Mike (but this time only by six seconds!). Female winner was Rebecca Richardson (and second overall) in a time of 24 minutes and 7 seconds.  Second was Ellie Russell and third was Emma Serjeant. Marshalling

Owing to roadworks on the scheduled Welshpool course the location was changed to the D310/1 in Berriew.  Eighteen riders managed to find the new location and had a lovely time sweating and wheezing up the A483. Thanks go out to all those riding, marshalling and organizing (Des Pugh and Tony Brooks). Club TT Series Round 15 – 30 August 2017
