You can download this guide in PDF here Ordering Club Kit from Champion Systems

A new buying window opens 17th September 2016 and closes 5th October 2016

The web site does not operate like most on-line stores, but this guide should help

The site doesn’t work with Windows Edge, the built in browser on Windows 10, so please use another browser, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla…

BEFORE YOU ORDER look at the size guides, fabrics and pads. There is a lot here, but you will get what you want once you have had a look

I suggest you pay particular attention to the Jersey Fit article

Race Fit is something of a misnomer, these are traditional Eurofit Jerseys, the club fit is for a heavier torso, but is still a snug fit

There is a lot of information on their website, but it’s not easy to find.  Here are some useful links

Champion System Sizing Charts – we won’t be having sizing samples this time; there was lots of opportunity to check just a few weeks ago.  If you don’t feel reasonably confident on size after looking at their sizing information, and measuring something that fits, why not see if another club member has something you could try onSize charts are on http://champ-sys.co.uk/our-sizing

Women’s sizes are fuller cut for the hips, small men’s sizes also look a good option

OK, so now you know your size, fit and pad preferences, you can now go and shop

Click this link or paste it into your browser address bar

If you haven’t bought before you need the option on the right I am a CS Direct Team Member

Click to access the Team Store

Again it gets confusing at this point as it asks for e-mail – THIS IS NOT YOUR E-MAIL – USE Hafren for the e-mail and hafren for the password and Login

2

This takes you through to the registration screen, complete. OK I’m done and you get to the order screen. Skip this guide down to PLACING  AN ORDER …

If you bought direct last time

Use the Returning Customer Box on the left – Login Here

3

Then pick the Team Store option, this will take you through to an order screen, click Order Now

PLACING AN ORDER

We are now all in the same place Hafren CC Kit Order 2

The items are laid out as artwork proofs, so find the one you want. In this example I have used Cycle Shorts and Bib Shorts Bibs. When you hover over the image you get a box, click to order

Now you select your product and this is where it gets confusing, because the price you see IS NOT the price you pay. Infuriatingly the price here does not include VAT or the 2% carriage levy they add, so it looks like you are picking the wrong item because the price is so far off. Stay with it. Most of the club items are at the lower price point

So I pick CS Bib Shorts – this is where Windows Edge breaks down, if you can’t pick from the list check what browser you are using – it’s probably Edge

OK, so having got the browser sorted you now pick the item and it displays to show You Are Ordering – with an option to choose a chamois I’ve had quite a few Ks on the Granfondo pad and think it is excellent (one of the most comfortable I’ve ever had) so I’m picking this – it cost extra (about £12.00)

You can get a longer leg for no additional charge. The shorts I have fit my tan line, but if you like them down near the knee you can add 1.5”

Now you add the quantity and size and add to cart. IMPORTANT – this is still not the retail price, it is shorts plus extra for the pad, but not for the VAT and carriage

You can continue here to add another item or review/checkout. This is where you see the price

From here it is easy enough. Continue shopping for more of the same or checkout

The first screen of the check-out (shipping address) cannot be changed, all orders go to the club (yes even though they charge individually for carriage, it comes as a bulk order)

Click on Next to take you to the Billing Address, then Next for Payment Information

Wait patiently for the buying window to close, your kit to be made and shipped and distributed, should be 15th July
