Followers of cycle sport, sports fans and proud pobl Cymreig – every one wanted to see G get a home coming that would show the respect that he and his achievements deserved.

Welsh Cycling asked affiliated clubs to each provide two juniors who would ride in the peleton behind Geraint in his victory parade and as the club also has three Young Cycling Ambassadors there were 5 Hafren riders in this 50 rider group.
