There was double cause from celebration for Hafren CC rider Bryn Davies as he not only stretched his lead in the SB Sports Injuries Series but also did the same in the Veterans Series too. Davies battled through miserable conditions in round 5, Wrekinsport CC's Hanna  Phipps-Jones 18 to take that win - but only just. Bryn Davies made it two wins on the trot in Round 3 of the SB Sports Injuries Series after slicing a further 16 seconds off his best time to be the only leading rider to better their Round 2 effort. Women Only Coaching Sessions in Newtown

Jackie and Emma (British Cycling coaches) are running coaching sessions for women cyclists over the next few months on alternate Thursday evenings in Newtown starting on Thursday 12 May. The sessions will cover bike handling skills and confidence building. The cost is £2 per session and sessions are open to all women. There are 15 places so booking is essential.
