If this isn’t working for, you can phone British Cycling Membership. The wait times aren’t bad and they are very helpful. Also, if it is a problem you might like to give them feed back to make it easier

I would just like to point out that this hasn’t been done for devilment, but out of need. Most BC affiliated clubs now use this portal for their memberships. The club will be subject to the General Data Processing Regulation (GDPR) that comes into force 28th May concerning the holding of personal data. Moving the renewal process and the club database to British Cycling is an important part of complying with the law. Managing the Membership and processing payments is a big job, carried out by volunteers, By registering On Line this work is spread around the Membership. We had over 100 memberships through the BC site last year covering renewals and new members so the process does work. You’ll need your British Cycling Number. If you are a member this is on your membership card, if not it has been e-mailed to you on the e-mail address you provided when joining the club, but if you want it again please request it from membership@hafren.cc

You do not need to be a member of British Cycling to use this service, but you do need a British Cycling number

For Family membership you will need the BC number for all members of the family group. Again, these have been sent, but can send again if you contact the above e-mail address

Login takes you to this screen

British Cycling Login Page

Details can be retrieved from here

Once you are logged in pick the membership you want from the drop down

If it is Family Membership it will ask for the BC number for each family member. Every member of the club has one as you can’t be added to the database without it. If the family member was not a club member last year it won’t ask for the BC number.Again, if you don’t know it e-mail membership@hafren.cc or call BC.

If you want help and prefer not to call BC then e-mail. There will be confidential information that needs to be passed to you (like a BC number) and this cannot be done though Facebook (even using PM)
