In our commitment to encourage and promote Women’s cycling the club is pleased to announce a series of Women Only Coaching Sessions at Sundorne Cycle Circuit which is at the Shrewsbury Sports Village. Hafren @ Severn Hospice Collection Day

Hafren club member and Ludlow Severn Hospice Shop Manager Ffion Taylor organized a Turbo race around the Severn Hospice shops as part of the Ludlow fund raising day on Bank Holiday Monday Hafren (with friends Dan and Kris) provided two relay tems for a Turbo Challenge virtual race around the Hospie Shops, helping to raise  over £380 on the day Thanks to all who took part and for the generous donations from some interested and interesting passersby. Severn Hospice – The Great Big Bike Ride 2015

Severn Hospice is running their annual fund raising 100km bike ride again this year on 20th September Centred on Shawbury Village Hall. Church Street, Shawbury SY4 4NH, the route is a figure of 8, with the first loop being 50 k, returning to the HQ and then a second 50k loop. This makes it an ideal route to ride with family or friends who don't want to do the full distance and would prefer to spend the afternoon picnicking on the playing fields by the H

Final Standings from HCC Grass Track League

In a new event for 2015 HCC hosted Wales' only grass track league which saw riders take to the grass oval for some exciting and fun racing.  Riders competed in mulitple events over 3 meetings to be crowned HCC Grass Track Champion.  Competitive racing and a chilled out vibe, grassroots racing at its finest.  Big thanks to everyone who helped out and took part.  See you all in 2016!! Hafren raise £1,000 at Severn Hospice Great Big Bike Ride

Perfect riding conditions saw six Hafren riders at the Severn Hospice Big Bike Ride. This well organized event ran the same route as last year, but anti-clockwise. It's a great route through rolling Shropshire countryside on hedged lanes and Shropshire looked at its best in warm September sunshine.
