Hafren CC Track Day Special – Newport Velodrome 4th February 2017
Every fancied a go on the wooden boards of a modern Velodrome? Well here’s your second chance. After a great day at Derby Velodrome on Friday 9th December 2016 Hafren CC is running a members only session at Newport Track
The session will be a three hour coached session. Sessions are suitable for any level of rider right from beginner stage

On Sunday 11th December Hafren Youth Riders headed over to Manchester Velodrome to take part in Welsh Cycling's North Wales Cluster Session. It was a chance to follow in the wheel tracks of their cycling heros such as Bradley Wiggins and Laura Kenny.

Shropshire Cycling Clubs Association's 2016 prize winners were cheered on by a good turnout of over 80 supporters at Ellerdine Village Hall. Club runs converged from all points of the County thanks to a glorious Autumn morning for a well-received social and early lunch before trophies and medals were handed out. SCCA Chair Helen Tudor announced the winners, with stalwart timekeeper Gill Morrison handing over the trophies to recipients.

Following an approach from Powys Sports Development Officer, Kate Preston the club helped organize and run an inter schools grass track competiton
