In order to prepare those that want to have a go at the grass track, this weeks coaching session will held on the fields where the grass track is taking place. To find them turn off the Welshpool bypass towards the Flash Leisure Centre, then turn immediately right. You can just pull up on the left and you should see my van. You can park on the road, however
On Sunday 7th February some of Hafren’s junior riders took a trip to the National Cycling Centre in Manchester. For some this was their first trip to the velodrome and the chance to ride the track where so many superstars have performed over the years.
